At Moringa Curaçao, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns on eligible items under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • Due to health and hygiene regulations for dietary supplements and natural products (such as moringa powder, capsules, leaves, and seeds), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Moringa starter trees and live plants are non-returnable once delivered, except if damaged in transit.
How to Return an Item
  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at  info@moringa-curacao.com  or by WhatApp at (+599) 9 682 2685. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
  2. We will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions (including our return address in Curaçao).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.)
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will refund the full amount including any original shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label if possible.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions
  • Non-returnable items: Opened supplements, used products, live plants (except if damaged), or customized orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect abuse of this policy.
